Message	It was all common knowledge that not too many people actually practice though. I can't say I've ever seen traffic slow down to 30 mph unless the rain was blinding. Most people will still travel a normal speed as long as they can see and they still feel safe. I had been on that road many times before with no worries. Maybe complacency got the best of me. As for my "hits," I have no idea how that relates to anything. To me, how many times I "hit" the wall is all that matters.
